To qualify for a return:

• You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

• A valid proof of purchase (such as your order number or receipt) is required.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind or unwanted items

• Opened, used, or partially consumed products (unless defective)

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

• Your full name

• Order number

• A short description of the issue

• Photos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product (if applicable)

Once your request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print and attach it to your package before sending it back.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping is fully covered by Lifespan Essentials for all approved defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

• No additional shipping or restocking fees apply.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm approval or rejection within one business day.

• Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method.

• If preferred, we can also send a replacement product instead of a refund.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Once your return is approved, your replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

• You may cancel your order before it has shipped by contacting our support team.

• Once an order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible — however, defective or incorrect items can still be returned following this policy.
