Order Processing & Handling

  • Handling time: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).

  • Order cut-off time: 1:00 PM (GMT – London).

  • Orders placed after the cut-off will be processed on the next business day.

Taxes, Duties & Import/Export Fees

  • Please note: Lifespan Essentials does not pay customs taxes, import taxes, or export fees.

  • Any such charges are determined by your country’s customs office and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We recommend checking with your local customs authority for details before placing an order.

Possible Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver on time, certain factors may cause delays that are beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Public holidays and seasonal surges

  • Carrier delays (e.g., Royal Mail)

  • Customs clearance procedures

 Important: Lifespan Essentials cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs in the destination country. Customs officials alone determine when a package is released.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • If your confirmation email does not arrive immediately, please don’t worry — your order will still be delivered within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes

  • If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Please note: Custom or pre-ordered items cannot be exchanged for other products.

Missing Deliveries

  • If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the courier first to help locate your shipment.

Change of Address

  • To update your shipping address, contact us at info@lifespanessentials.com within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Once your order is in transit, we cannot change the address.

Incorrect Address

  • If your order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package.
